On fast tele lenses, it's bearable. But if you use the AF-S 300m f/4 which is already known to have a slow AF-S motor, the slowdown is more evident.

For feathered type, Malaysian birds are usually very tiny and very shy. So getting close is quite hard.

sigma and tamron does their own R&D. they have their own optical formulas as well, but since R&D fees are limited to them, their formulas are not as refined, but still get jobs done.

being 3rd party lenses, they cant put their pricing higher than original makers as then there will be no sales for them.

furthermore, nikon's own nano coating technology is very very expensive, as the same goes with Zeiss'.

The other day shooting at Sepang going up to f/22, can see a lot of dust -.- immediately put on the CPL so drop down to about f/13 or so then can't see the dust so obvious already

How to request for fix within a day? Cause sometimes, it's not convenient to go there twice especially for those working in office.

Previously, I send in for camera focus adjustment, it took them 2 days, when I collect, I found nothing was done. After show and explain to the technician, then he adjust on the spot which took around 1 hour or so. Seems OK after that, maybe not 100% perfect cause seems the way they adjust is also based on the lens I have and one of the lens they have?
I thought the adjustment should have a standard value and use some machine for micro efficiency?
