in ur old omnia there is a folder name contact...just copy the file into ur sdcard and transfer to ur SGS2.open contact in SGS2, press menu button (left side home button) and import contact, import from sd car and import all vcard.wallaa...i managed to retrieve all my 510 contact into SGS2 with ease (after a week figuring how without transfer to outlook and sync with gmail then sync to SGS2)

I have copied everything to Titanium Backup in external SDcard. After hard reset the phone, I cannot see the TBackup application on the screen. How do I transfer apps and data back to my phone? Me super newbie as this is my 1st post. Spent the last 4 hrs figuring out to unsuccessfully, pls help.

Reinstall TB. After install, the backups should be there around...unless....nvm just try first Don't scare yourself

Question on K9 mail.

Why I always send mail and attach photo/pictures and always very hard to send out?

Anyidea what is wrong? I check my setting is all right but send photo memang susah. If send normal email damn easy. What do you think is the problem?

Let say I flash ROM and wipe all data already..How can I restore? I should put the backup file at external SD right? so it wont wipe together..
After install TB, it will automatic scan all backup file in my device and show in the list?

What on earth is wrong with you lol? Why are you so particular over where is it made? Don't buy anything if you're having some kind of demography-phobia.

From what I understand, do this (my habit) before flash rom

Backup using CWM for all ROM data
Backup using TB pro for all app

Wipe like gila also nvm and when install back, install back TB and just reinstall one by one selecting app or app + data



And if you wipe, it will phone internal sd and not external sd unless you select it or something. Pardon me if I am wrong on this.

Kinda feel this thread is getting more and more rubbish questions.

Anyways, incase anyone is wondering..

I tested both Lite-ning 2.0 and Villain 2.0. For me, i still prefer Villain. I thought of going to Lite-ning as usually that rom does not have problems with the stock browser but it seems the dev even removed the stock browser and replaced it with SkyFire which i feel its totally crap

Yeah. I actualyl wipe my phone 2 times cos of VR (noobie here) so....still ahve my old apps back. No issue I see...

U dont have to use the stock browser if u dont want to..there are many more browser's that are better..
