done reset bios. cannot find the reset cmos button at first, lol. very small button at the back .
after reset cmos, still, only 2 cores enable. at bios, it shows all 4 cores enable.
but the vcore suddenly drop until 1.26V++, before this 1.37v all the time at stock clock


even cannot run vantage. help me guys...

did you lock/limit the cores in msconfig or something?

bios unlock or not doesnt matter since it is already natively a quadcore...

forgot oredy.. following some step from net to optimize the setting to run the bench.
but i think cannot find the setting regarding to core i think..
now switching to another HDD, voila. 4core oredy.


so previous windows on other SSD is corrupted or the cores has been disable through windows?

I think when u done the setting somehow u add a parameter telling windows to only see/use 2 cores only

lazy to reinstall the OS..

Try backtrack what u did yoo and reenable or disable whatever u change the last..

it's in msconfig >boot>advanced options

get a new bios, flash it accordingly. try to boot with minimum requirement setting.

HT speed does not have effect on SuperPi. All you'd need is high clockspeed, fast ram and tight timing.

& perhaps higher imc freq too sir... i mite be wrong thou coz i'm a certified pi noob...

VERY tight timing.. i don't have..
that imc freq just reduce mili mili only..

go for either Elpida BBSE or PSC sticks, they're quite decent . doubt u can find any Elpida Hyper sticks which wont cost u a bomb.
