my aunty sold at rm220k for high floor with 2 car parks.

my dad's fren sold at rm200k for lower floor with 1 car park.

they just take the downpayment 1st and they will sign the S&P few months later because after few months later owner dont need to pay the gain tax.

currently bank value get lower because no transaction done there, so let's take this 2 cases above for reference.

In the end of year, definitely bank value will over 200k.

I dont think can find the new property with this price at this area.

* For the new project, u'll need to wait for few years for completion while these one you will moving in end of year.

sry didnt stated clearly, i mean they wan to reduce from 15% to 10% becoz few months later will over 2 years...

Gain Tax is first 5 years upon the SnP Date. i think still will kena Gain Tax. But maybe 10% only. 1st and 2nd year = 15%. 3rd - 5th year = 10%. how much is bank valuation? i think lots of owner wanna sell at RM 220K>.

I just bought this Aman Apartment , Block 2, Corner Lot - Rm180k
This also is my 1st House. blush.gif small~but better than I always rent house.

Advise you don't find Oriental Realty Agent (Especially Ms Micxxxx Lee Wxx Cxxx , Honda WWY 396x)
I experience before, her poor service and she simply increase the price. (Within 1 week) ohmy.gif
Agent is like this, once she know you interesting to buy the unit then she will terus naik harga. No Ethics.
Even the Banker that she intro to us also cannot get the Market Value. doh.gif
