my aunty sold at rm220k for high floor with 2 car parks.
my dad's fren sold at rm200k for lower floor with 1 car park. they just take the downpayment 1st and they will sign the S&P few months later because after few months later owner dont need to pay the gain tax. currently bank value get lower because no transaction done there, so let's take this 2 cases above for reference. In the end of year, definitely bank value will over 200k. I dont think can find the new property with this price at this area. * For the new project, u'll need to wait for few years for completion while these one you will moving in end of year. |
