1) Medium cost apartment - 592 units
2) Low Cost Apartment - 1,192 units
3) Serviced Apartment on top of retail podium @ KUCC (info not yet finalised)

So, you still can invest the (3) one.

Kemuning Aman even if you want to book now its not available. Last i checked it should be on waiting-waiting list. The early bird registration already more than what they have for this launch. In addition there are those who registered after the early bird. Limited 1 unit per family. Those earning < 5k will be entitled to the lower cost units (5th floor below) but must provide supporting documents. Speaking to the SA a lot of internal staff also booked units not including their suppliers and vendors

Things might have changed since then so best to call and check if still interested.

average price RM100,000 sebiji.

priority to those household income <5k per month.

my friend personally want to grab 5 units by using different names, but i told him let go for those who need it.
