i'm looking at between 200K-220K. i need to spare around 10K for Lawyer fees (Loan+snp) as well. |

i'm not too sure on the rental. u know la... agent will tell wonders. i'm expecting around 700-900 (conservative price). but the few owners has been playing with the pricing. today say this price. when wanna confirm, tomorrow jack-up the price. sienz.
