i'm looking at between 200K-220K. i need to spare around 10K for Lawyer fees (Loan+snp) as well.

what's the rush to get valuation. some owner will want to sign snp at later to reduce RPGT (15% -> 10%). so, book now and apply loan later. Bank Valuation able to meet that within 2-3 months time. smile.gif i don't see a problem there. smile.gif most important, buy happily.

bro, actually i understand ur concern. there is no right or wrong. but i don't think HTC is hazardous. i involved in some secret project and i can tell u, there are some place is hazardous with radiation. but no 1 know about it. we won't know whether our living place has that or not. so, in my opinion, better don't know than know. btw, cancer doesn't come in form of environment. nowadays, it's about food consumption. even mobile phone or wi-fi does posses some health hazard. smile.gif

bro... better don't start feng shui topic here. cos i did put a lot of effort into understanding feng shui. there is no such thing as bad feng shui. feng shui is about harmonizing and balancing each element. the place might be bad to you or certain ppl due to their elements of feng shui but might be good for me cos my DOB has that element. so... no such thing as bad feng shui there. if u ask around, ppl will say house facing north ain't good. but do u know why? and do u know that is not applicable in Malaysia especially in West Malaysia. smile.gif

i'm not too sure on the rental. u know la... agent will tell wonders. i'm expecting around 700-900 (conservative price). but the few owners has been playing with the pricing. today say this price. when wanna confirm, tomorrow jack-up the price. sienz.
