Yeah~I'm your neighbour, I stay at Block 2.

My lawyer told me that it will complete on Jan/2014.
Of cos I hope that I can move in ASAP.

those posting for 180k - 190k when u call them, they will tell u either sold out or low floor unit without finishing upgrade.

Well... high density or not is well connected to how big your land is, that is correct. To me, I will look at the security concern which it should not calculate based on the land size, but total number of family staying in the community. The larger, the harder to control. 600++ should be consider as mid, but some may call it high.

For some project, there are only 300 to 400 units in the community. Some even have number like less than 100 units... It is depends on what you look for in terms of density..
