land reserved for schools and also some high rise. but not sure when they will go for it since they have other projects in the pipeline.

they are widening the roads.

they are widening the roads.
They should just built a road to connect to Klang bound Kesas, more convenient for people staying in Seri Muda and KU.

250k is too high(compared to launching price) but its possible since the price is within the budget.

if u interested u can call this agent. michelle 0166426376 from oriental reality.
they already start calling the owner asking about the unit.maybe she already got a unit for u. good luck smile.gif

Estimated from one of my banker friend, 170k-180k would be the max loan amount based on market value.
if u buy at price 250k, possible the property is not worth at that price.

randa kota kemuning so long still not yet reach that level.

More than 200k would be abit higher than market value, unless there is massive future plan in that area. rclxms.gif
this is just a low medium cost apartment, the price is flipped too high
