My lawyer already call developer, they said next year just able to get CF.
Too bad.

If according contract, Sep/2014 just is the deadline. (3 Year Contract - Sept/2011)
Developer still have to the right on hold until Sept/2014.

As a developer, if all the units are sold out, they will speed up the construction period to complete earlier in order to claim the money.

So no point they want to hold until the actual completion period if they able to complete the actual building by this year.

So no worry about that.
