its so hard to get an IT job in Sg...

i applied so many, not even 1 reply...

i thought Sg got many vacancies for .NET and Java....

Eh, Hello. You are a foreigner here leh. You are no different that the other China, India, Pakistan or Bangla people all also trying to find work in SG. Just becasue you applied so many times you think they will "consider" you ar?WHat makes you so different from the other foreigners? All the other people also applied many times wat..... Like dat also wanna complain then better go back M'sia lar....

I thought it's hard to get IT job anywhere for the matter... You look at those foreign talent's resume and you know why.... Next time I must make sure my kid does not go into IT line..so competitive.

actually IT is very broad... it depends on what you're doing... if u compete with those from bangalore, make sure you're willing to be better than them, live like them and make less than them... mostly technical support, programming... etc etc

i got 2 cousins in the IT line.... non of them find it hard to compete... because they arent competing directly with those ppl... in IT you can also do project management, planning... etc etc

It could be alot of cases, mind sharing what's your profile and expected salary? But I can tell it is certainly easy to get an IT job over Singapore~ As I mention before I have a friend who was agent recruit before and what he told me is that IT field are the most demand in SG.
