It depends really, i noticed that alot of indian nationals like to exaggerate their abilities and experience in their resumes. Say they listed a few skills that your company is looking as a potential candidate. Once this guy joins, you later find out he/she doesnt really know much of what he/she has put down in their resume which frustrates the employer.

ASP.NET
Java (only on creating threads, back end)
MS SQL

Most of my tasks were using .NET and HTML to create reports with basic functions such as search/update/delete, and using Java as back end system to generate/retrieve files in .txt/.xml/csv

Doesn't seems insufficient of skills and relevant experience. You mind to share your cv so I can give some comment on it?
One more thing where do you usually find the portal to apply those jobs? ex: jobstreet, jobsdb and etc.

the net monthly pmt is $38.72, but my account is under 50% off only $19.36 monthly. In addition, my account has excess $ to cover August bill. So only pay from the month of Sept onwards. letting go end of this month.

DBS/POSB does not charge annual fee for ATM Debit card. ATM Debit Card can be issued on the spot at the branch as long as u open a bank account with min $500 in it.
