MOM Check Application Status


1) click I AGREE
2) Under Enquire , click Application Status
3) Key in your NRIC and name (capital letter) - NEXT
4) Choose option 2 and key in your passport number..

Then u will know the status of the application..

FYI : U also can check other people EP / Spass status if u have the detail either A or B

you need to have your application date and number, then you can check yourself online. thru MOM website

Wrong...

Just key in your passport number.. u will see the status of your pass...


And it will appear your date of application and etc...

I been applied the 3rd times. It was something related to my certification letter since I'm fresh grad tho > <'' aizzz...

Yesterday the HR said that she just submitted the TEP application.
So I just check it a minutes ago.
The status mentioned rejected.
Is it bcz the application is just submitted 1 day and the status not updated or is it realy means rejected?

Did u apply before the last application ?
I believe there is stated date of application when u seen the status.

nope.
this is my first time applied for TEP.
Date of application is yesterday. Match with what the HR told me.
but the status is rejected.
So it means rejected?
Is it accurate?
I mean since the application was just submitted yesterday but today ard put there rejected.
Is it accurate and that MOM really read through my document so fast in 1 day?

Not to disappoint you but yes, MOM can be that efficient at times.
My pass was approved within the same day, morning submitted, evening approved.

@venice not to disappoint you further, but my EP and my Gf's EPEC applications before approved, the status was "PENDING" (not rejected).

Yes. Passport no. will do to check the status of pass.

Can i suggest TS to have this info place on the first post?

VeniceLim, don't give up reapply again but make sure what's the previous mistake before resubmit the application.

Can you call or email to clarify with the HR?

AFAIK, MOM is efficient recently. My pass was approved the next day.

From your info, the application was submitted yesterday, and it matched with the date. So, i guess most probably your application was rejected.

the reason of why the application is rejected is not mentioned in the status check website.
I think have to wait for the HR to find out the reason.
I cant do anything at the mean time.

No response from her yet.
Now waiting for her reply and update.

BTW, will the HR know the reason of why the application is rejected?

FYI, your HR can call to clarify with MOM officer. Just wait for him/her to get back to you.

Rejection can be of a few reasons. Insufficient supporting documents, Status wrongly stated, and more.

HR will know if the information was incomplete or did not match.
Else, MOM will not provide any reasons.

Haha to be honest that was my certification letter stated "You have complete studies from school". I will not reveal the name of my University, they update our faculty result freaking slow making me and some of my friends unable to get a certified letter proving we have completed the studies blablabla...... So I keep trying this and that way since my company HR from Singapore keep on pushing me to get the letter while my school unable to give so... (The next semester of my Uni ad started and reaching the midterm. My convo was suppose to be at Oct).

aih worked in sg for a yr edi... so boring nothing to do...

Dont cry.. move forward. Maybe you can try the luck in other company..
