Guys, if I terminate my booking I just need to pay the 1K admin fee only right? The balance should be refunded to me...

This one only OSK insider insider insider knows.... Will it be like Plaza OSK in Jalan Ampang -- OSK owned but available for rent/lease or will OSK sell as office lot later?

Yup, 5% + RM8888 PLUS RM10k discount... But for same size same floor, price for T2 about RM30k more compared to T1.

I just book a unit yesterday. Pray that this pangaea goin to be a gud investment. do u think if after election, if pakatan take over.. It will efect the development of cyberjaya?.. Myb should wait after election than sign the snp??..

Just go ahead with it, even if PR takes over, there is already too much money spent on Cyberjaya and any government will not let it fail. Some goes with Iskandar.

Relaks DrP! He book first because he worries that he might miss the boat -- then he look for opinion. In other words he doesn't mind losing his booking fee if he changed his mind later. It's okay, what... Small fish don't go, big fish don't come!

dude. i talk and ask u nicely. u dun have to rage. is true that i already book a unit there. but i dun mind loosing 1k if i need to cancel my booking. since im new in this investment thats y im asking your opinion since u have more knowledge in this. bdw thanks for ur explaination. but u know other development also offer same studio unit around cyberjaya so are these population is enough to cater all the property? i guess its true all the studio owner may need to have strong holding power. currently there are still available studio unit..but other unit kinda sold out if im not mistaken.. so other investor dun think that studio unit in pangaea is a gud investment???... if not surely already sold out..

There are 150,000 new marriages YEARLY in Malaysia. And around 180,000 fresh graduates (from the 20 public and 26 private universities in Malaysia) flood the job market every year. This doesn't include the 120,000 emerging from the countless technical/skills training institutions.

Anybody want to guess how many new residential units are built in Malaysia each year?

Means the ability to serve the loan even though its vacant, with no rental income. Can be months or if unlucky, even years.

early bird discount still have but no more 10k rebate. now left about 50 units (450 sf). anyone interested, can pm me as well.
