Paragon 196 units, Solstice 926 units spread over two towers. Still got other development coming i.e. hotel, office space, etc. Supposed to have 5 acres of greenery.

There will be a new development launching soon beside Solstice. slightly more expensive than Solstice. Pricing wise still negotiating with the developer to offer more rebate. Interested buyer can let me know. I'll PM the details after i get more info..

First regarding your kind reply on my post, i would reply as below:-

1) Please kindly read the topic of this thread, which is PAN'GAEA (the whole development name) CYBERJAYA - PARAGON & SOLSTICE (it says paragon & solstice, if you do not understand what is that)

2) This thread originally started with Paragon post, which is the 1st phase of Pan'gaea, then continue to solstice, the 2nd phase of Pan'gaea. Please check back to the page 1 for evidence.

3) In my previous post, i had mentioned the units release is after SUMMARY of the loan rejection. Which means up to date by now, every units sold are either SPA signed, or loan rejected, and summarized with this final result, therefore released units up for sale again.

4) Btw, we are having booth event at the curve 1st - 4th May now, 10am - 10pm. Please drop by and check out if you need FURTHER VERIFICATION, EXPLANATION, CLARIFICATION details on the this project.

You are right, you have your facts on your side. But I think if you are in here (this forum) to get customers/potential buyers, you got off to a very bad start.
