Just got myself a unit.

450 sq feet...RM320,800 before discount....RM295,872 after...

Hope I did the right thing buying there....

Frankly, do you think that with this price it is worth investing?

Roadshow -- promotion only for the event at The Curve, according to the info I got. KPC lor -- see got paper gain or not, heh heh heh!

I myself have a unit there, bought late last year. I believe it has a lot of potential and can't wait for Cyberjaya to fully develop. Development south of Klang Valley is greatly picking up, with developers already invading Sg Long, Kajang, Bangi and Seremban. It is a matter of time before Cyberjaya is heavily 'invaded' by MNC's and we see a huge spike in price. I bought for investment purpose but wouldn't mind consider staying there if it turns up real good.

Currently staying in Puchong and it takes me a good 40-50mins for me to get to KLCC from my home. Tried once from Cyberjaya to KLCC in the morning and its also 40mins.

Have to admit that it is quite dead at night but with development going further down south year by year, its just a matter of time before Cyberjaya becomes a place to live also, besides work.

Many experienced property investors are cautious about Cyberjaya because of the "oversupply" situation, especially the small apartments like what you mentioned. However the development is real -- even supported by the current (oops...incumbent) government. Well, nobody can tell the future -- one man's poison, another man's meat. Depends on individual's own evaluation and decision.
