230k is the highest i think for studio lelong in cyber..solstice must have some special that make someone to bid that price..

Dont take highest as reference..take average 210k..then maybe 240k subsale is reasonable..

The lowest I found is 270k+, 240k would be quite a challenge, but if able to get it..... drool.gif

Market value is around 350k-400k?

Rental market sure got......if you rent dirt cheap....you think nobody hiew neh.......

Auction not necessarily owner bankrupt. If you dun pay your monthly installments for more than 3 mths i think amd make no effort to pay.....umit will be in lelong market.
But it will show up in owners eccris and he/she wouldnt be able to get loan again.

Another scenario is owner is not malaysian or not base in malaysia and has gone missing in action.

Of course u need some cash. But ur entry price is half of the 1st purchasers.

I think some new purchasers also have some downpayment saved.
