Bad, especially the kitchen cabinet & wardrobe. There were high gloss materials when I saw the show unit. The SA told me that the developer would give better quality of furnishing & new design 2 or 3 years later. Really disappointed when I saw it after VP.

May I know what is the highest rental do you get?
Some agents offered 1,100 for fully furnished. Very low.

My unit rented out for 1300, fully furnished with all the normal electrical items (TV, fridge, washing machine and also dryer).

Tamarind Square just started to VP last week. If browse FB, can find some owners of the shop lots collecting their keys already. Will however need some time before those lots are occupied for business.

My unit is up for rent. Studio unit, fully furnished including TV, washing machine and dryer. But for 2 months rental only, do expect to pay a super premium. Almost any landlord/owner would do that. Have you tried searching through AirBnB instead?

RM1,250. Could have been higher but wanted a quick deal, so lowered it to this price to make it much more attractive.
