I dont believe feng sui.
i only believe in common sense how is the setup n orientation for living area.
if feng sui plays such a critical role, non of the chinese empire will collapse n change.

Somehow, it's stated in the S&P that the delivery time frame will be within 48 months. Thus, no LAD if deliver beginning of 2017. Signed my S&P in Feb this year.

Hi! Have any Solstice owners here collected the referral fees already from the developer? All my referral buyers have signed the SPA and bank loan have been disburse since 4 months ago but no news yet on the referrals payment yet... do i need to inform the sales agent or developer bout it? hmm.gif

Yeah, we also not yet get from the OSK so far. Anyone got the referral fee?

Good question. I have 2 referrals, 1 is due already based on my calculation (90 days) while another is almost there. Hmpph, I guess we can bring it up to the developer?

I think this is more to high end studio. rent should be no problem but sell will be abit tough unless your unit is special

Yes, that is very long. And we do not know how is the mall going to be, who is the tenant. and also who is the operator for the hotel.

If the hotel operator is a well known one and have a very good brand in the mall, then it shouldn't be a problem to rent out in the future.

agree, high end studio if u rent it out cheaper then no need to be afraid got no tenant...jus the ROI vr low.

actually what i meant earlier is the sales status ? is it a BBB project ? with 800psf shocking.gif
