my phone is dead...
tried to root the phone, but now everytime i reboot my phone, it stuck at the boot screen with yellow exclamation mark...

one more thing i notice, when i switch off my phone and try to charge, it shows empty battery...

any fix for this? can i just flash another ROM to fix the above problem?

Can you enter Download Mode?

still can access Download mode, but cannot access Recovery mode...

There might be an issue with your kernel. If you wanted to start fresh (may wipe your data), I suggest flashing back the stock ROM or you can try flashing stock kernel only first.

No issue for me so far. Try flipping your speech engine between Samsung Vlingo and Google Voice in the settings.
