this is also one of the main reasons i bought SH.
walau, now landscaping is not up to standard, security level downgraded... I would say the entire development is top notch. Beautiful landscaping. If maintained well, will look nicer after aged for 2-3 years.

According to management, almost all units of beethoven hav obtained VP. 70% collected key. Close to 20% moved in or going to move in soon, for Beethoven.
Handover officer is outstanding. Security check is tight. |

I think only beethoven n schubert obtained VP... saw a young guy collecting key for schubert same day as me.

For owners who r unhappy with the cessation of main guardhouse, you can lodge ur complain to Symphony hills management or PM me for contact of UEM top management, more effective to email the top management to raise your concern. Currently waiting for their solution. Worst case is we will file lawyer letter to sue them if they cant deliver their promise of 3 tier security.
