For owners who r unhappy with the cessation of main guardhouse, you can lodge ur complain to Symphony hills management or PM me for contact of UEM top management,  more effective to email the top management to raise your concern. Currently waiting for their solution. Worst case is we will file lawyer letter to sue them if they cant deliver their promise of 3 tier security.

currently Cyberjaya has a very low occupation rate simply because not many people want to stay there. There is (and will get worst) an oversupply of small apartment units (studios etc..) and high end landed properties (RM 800k +)..the occupancy rate is very very low.

Hence please be careful when buying, the developer is really not stupid to offer such good offers..they have done their market research..

for particularly on Schubert, for that price, 1) u dont get a room downstairs (which is the expectation nowadays) and the master room is on 2.5 floor (what a dumb floorplan). Plus u can buy a subsale semi-D in cyberjaya for around that price such as Garden residence..instead of linked house if you really intend to stay there..

Just my thoughts..
