Not yet for landed. But some owners already started renovation n moving in their staffs into symphony hills

So where do the expats stay? Don't think they will they in middle range condo. Or they travel from Mont Kiara?

most expats i knew didn't stay in CBJ la.

this kind of house need cyber realtors as your partner agent to look for tenant. MNC company in cyberjaya would likely register their interest in renting for their top exec with them agents.

im sure there is market for expat.

Finding on your own by advertisement doable but can be a bit tough.

Mitrajaya bags RM277.4m Cyberjaya project

KUALA LUMPUR: Mitrajaya Holdings Bhd has bagged a RM277.41mil contract to undertake the main building works of a housing block in Cyberjaya.

It said on Thursday the contract was awarded by Symphony Hills Sdn Bhd, a member of the UEM Sunrise Group for housing block 5 at Symphony Hills, Cyberjaya.

"The contract is for duration of 29 months and is expected to be completed by August 2016," it said.

Mitrajaya expected the contract to contribute positively to group's future earnings.

Wonder how is the progress of SH? Anyone willing to share latest pics? Especially mozart...hehehe

Went to the Opera Club House few weeks ago and truly dissapointed with the facilities.

1). They shorten the weekend opening time - up to 7PM only.
Remarks - Weekend is family time. Closing at 7PM meant kids have to start at 5PM which is still quite hot out there - Ridiculous operating time.

2). No hot water, shower foam provided inside the shower room - lousy.

3). Only 3 shower rooms provided for swimmer - cheapskate.

4). Unfriendly and impolite club house supervisor - Rude.

5). Opening manholes next to swimming pool without properly barricade to prevent ppl accidentally fall-down - No safety concern at all.

6). Food - Puke.

Dont think i want to go back and also continue the membership anymore.

M seriously looking for property to stay in Cyberjaya. Preferably 3 storey bungalow or Semi D with minimum 5 bedrooms. 2 units side by side needed urgently.
