Did she proposed to you Lot 69 (3 sty) and then you may need to look for sub-sale Lot 68 (2 sty) given to enjoy the main entrance facing each others? I was told that developer wlll be increased the price soon.

Yes John, she did propose Lot 69. but m looking for 2units of 3 storey.. Both must b 3storey.. Both my BFF family n mine need at least 5 bedrooms.. That also no guest room.

sejati bungalow after bumi disc n rebate only 2m+ juz that cannot b ready by this coming raya hmm.gif

yes price increase for unsold unit as informed by agent.. Most sold units also stil unsold (sub sale).
Been scouting for bungalows n semi d around cyberjaya. It seems that most properties resell at 1.5m n above having difficulty to get buyer. In our case, reason looking for property to stay there coz we gonna move our business frm usj to cyberjaya.. Expanding plus tired of paying rent on monthly basis.. Might as well juz purchase then.

How many unit left at the moment? I guess many bought for own stay so mayb limited unit for subsales.

Wat about Garden Residences by Mah Sing? They hav bungalow too.

Developer units only 4 units left for 3storey.
juz last nite the agent WA my BFF bout 2 show units for sale. Quite attractive offer.
Planning to view the units today n also drop by Sejati to chk units availability.

GR has plenty of developer n sub sales units available as majority purchaser bought for investment.
But, my BFF prefer Sejati n SH.
