yup the middle pond, snag friendly. Not so much dead trees and trunks under water.
We usually use sub surface lure 3-7 cm.
My new fav is the Ofmer catwalk, caught 2 back to back with this without changing lures. I used this for top water walking.
PBs in subang lake seems to love yellow/orange minnows.
There is a reason why...

All PB loves yellow, orangy or light green color. It resembles anak toman ma...

Be it surface, shallow or deep runner, just make sure you get some minnow around 7cm to 15cm in size and you will have higher chance of hitting the PB.
I personally would recommend
Storm ThunderStick

Rapala X-Rap

Clackin Minnow

Flat Rap

Husky Jerk

Max Rap

Original Floater

Ultra Light Minnow

These are my preference for the lures i would use for PB, DISCLAIMER: It may not catch you any fish or IT MAY CATCH YOU LOADS OF FISH!!
Either way, Rapala and Storm have been a record breaker all these years for most sport fisherman worldwide. Most world records are set using Rapala, oh well... except for Alaska tho

Mmm. Where u got this lure n how much? I never had any proper lure for pb's.
Btw I'm right next to the BU pond. Haha. Took few photos by scaling the wall on the Ribs restaurant side. Can't seem to find a way in though. Lots of bushes.

Bro, when you mean scaling the wall as in your panjat?? Do you know why it is so covered and fenced up? Any signage of prohibition or so?
Btw, do you have a bigger picture of the place?

Orang tua, could see much

Just came back from jurassic...had a 4 hour session with a fren.
Caught 3 toman 1 landed 2 off hook just a feet in front of me. Landed , missed and off hooked countless curuts.
Pond is packed with haruans and you can basically see them at the side when you walk around.
Advisable to bring some light tackle to play with the curuts in case the toman is not biting. Me and my fren kinda need to hunt for em tomans today. He hooked and landed 3 toman.
Hmmn... There are areas that is good for Toman and areas that is good for haruans. Did you cast to the middle of the lake? What lures were you using?
