have you ever heard the word "rest" or "recovery"?... bodybuilding always revolved around three factor... Eat, train, & rest... if 1 of it fell short you're screw... unless you got the super genes to somehow "bypass" either eat, train or rest... btw morning guese..

having a buffet dinner last Sunday with friends... only manage to take second round of food, im too hungry to do anything else except eat at 1st round... 3rd round i just take another 2 drums n 2 wings... and icecream sundae to wash it all down...
