Morning guese... my whole body are aching from low set and high reps week... today is arms day... below are the breakdown of a typical high reps week..
Biceps
Alternete dumbells curl- 3 warms - 3sets x 20 reps Preacher curls- 3sets x 20 reps Cable curls- 3sets x 20 reps
Triceps
Rope pushdowns- 3 warms - 3sets x 20 reps Overhead dumbell extension- 3sets x 20 reps Cambered bar pushdowns - 3sets x 20 reps
Question: have you guys ever felt like the muscles wanted to snap when on a high reps low rest time mode?... when im on preacher curls i felt like the biceps will snap anytime...farking scary brah...

i dont't do BTN press for a long time... mostly military and dumbells press, but with the bar infront, sometime you can turn a military press into an incline bench press...
