Just an opinion that resellers are businessmen too, that's all. Would love for them to cost the same or marginally higher in the future though (because I may be a return customer :S).
*
I also hope the price for leo would not be higher than cyclone's price....
the 1st batch with free 104 blank key set sure is tempting and also the stabilizers are easier to change compared to Filco (dont have the courage to go Filco for first mech keyboard because of its "premium" price and the Costar stabilizers... sweat.gif )
would like to get it now but now my wallet is abit "shallow" and need to be patience sweat.gif sweat.gif
plus, im in selangor, would like to get from the good o'le brick and mortar laugh.gif

around the budget of 80usd lo, same w razer bw stealth
*
Can consider the noppoo choc at Garage sales. Though I think sticking with Razer for this price point should be better.

Considering stealth is 80 + 10USD shipping, then you should be able to get more options out. Take a look at PCHOME see if anything meets the eye. If you are getting Ducky 1008 Blue, suggest you get from local since it comes with local warranty and just need to pay a bit extra.

If you read chinese, take a look at inpad Taiwan. Contact via Messenger. The seller accepts foreign credit cards. Shipping from Taiwan starts at about RM35~ for Air Parcel and RM60 for EMS

Armygroup is running a special on the Scorpius M10 with chinese keycaps for NT$1490 + shipping, so comes up about 80USD. Same case for PCHOME but IIRC they are a bit more expensive

Otherwise look in taobao for brands such as PLU/PLUM/Noppoo.
Rapoo V7 is very very cheap with a lot of features but if you want to use it as main keyboard then better think twice. I do not own one but feedback on the build quality has not been very encouraging

FILCO WASD keys are non coated, which explains why it fades so quickly.

I wonder what they use for the coating. Maybe I can spray some and prevent my WASDs from fading like yours.

Black widow caps are also lasered.
If you see how the caps are constructed, basically a semi transparent cap is painted black, then the black paint is lasered away

Mionix's key are illuminated.
Mionix keycaps start life as translucent keycaps and then it's coated with the black paint. Lastly, a laser is used to remove the unwanted paint off to make the lettering which allows light to pass through the translucent plastic.

Last time someone posted here (or at geekhack i forgot, keep lurking here and there and then in the end go rclxub.gif ) that the stem of the yellow cherry mx clone broke off when the user tries to take out the keycap....

Apparently it is due to rough handling by Chinese courier companies.
Even Cherry Stems can break too

Sixty @ Deskthorithy dropped his keyboard 5 times to get a broken stem

Hmm.. i see, so they used laser treatment to remove the additional paint? i don't really get the point, since any key that has been lasered treatment on surface will get brownish/yellowish over time.( the white area which has been burned)

Or maybe just light enough to just remove the paint and did not burn the keycap itself. Anyway, thanks for explaining it.

Added : Fixed

Added Again : The Keycap Puller has arrived. just a update incase no one knows about it.

That's is a Majestouch 2. It sports the new gray Filco branding

Majestouch 1 comes will a gold Filco branding like this.

Personally I like the gold branding better, it looks more classy and expensive compared the new gray version.

It depends on what type of keycaps you are looking for.
ABS or PBT?
Blank?
Double-shot?
Double-shot with funky designs?

Keycaps can be ordered from Geekhack MO or purchase off ebay.

These are my favorite double-shots from geekhack:
