If thats the case TTDI would have been a far better choice with a better quality of life and with all ammenities nearby. PLus a more stable market especially for owner occupied units.

Sorry for OOT for one last time and yeah. it's also sentimental value for the area. you know familiar with the place and etc.
anyway, maybe i am abit bias towards MK area due to partially i grew up in the area and so are u towards ur TTDI area smile.gif

one thing to highlight i am not too sure with TTDI but i am familiar ard the new TTDI which is near one u the lorong aminudin and also Pizza hut but traffic there seems to be very bad and the only condo i know ard there is TTDI plaza? traffic is fairly bad there too.

Sorry but i didnt grow up in TTDI. Im new there but i chose TTDI after scouting around for 6 months. IM not biased towards TTDI because of any sentimental reasons. Im talking purely from the investment point of view.

TTDI Plaza is a flop la. Thats the only property which is doing badly in TTDI but thats because of its location and directional facing. Try visiting Kiara Park Condo and ull see the difference. Its one of few resort condos in TTDI. And there's no traffic jam around that entrance. And capital appreciation is really good.

staying in 10 @ MK kah? enjoy the beach and the hanging gardens?
or staying in Banyan? one of the lowest denisty condominium in MK. only 157 units, right?
or the evergreen MK Damai? bungalow in the sky?
or is it MK Aman with the serene cascading water features by the infamous Seksan?
or is it the newly completed meridian with???
so which one is it?
or could it be the verve with its funky sliding wall?
or the elegant kiaramas? with the magnificent hill view?
think i visited quite a number of condos in that area. lol.
personally .... my choice would be ....

hey doomdoom, you got money can afford better and more expensive condo, good for you la, or you just want to flunk your money on lifestyle because of your philosophy towards life and investment, that's great for you. You can also express your constructive opinions on VK, no problem at all.

But pls, don't run VK as segragating into lower class among the condos in MK. Actually alot of people got alot of money, even those that are currently living in VK, or moved out of VK or about to move into VK, is just that how they want to spend their money on property for own stay or investment. It's just like a chinapek wearing singlet and bermuda and slipper walking into a Rolex shop, most people will say this chinapek is come here to look see look see only la, look at the way he dress, no class one, but when a gwailo wearing the same attire, most people will say it's normal for gwailo to wear like that because they like the sun, they won't directly think the gwailo got no class one because he dress that way and walk into a Rolex shop. So what is this business saying people living in VK is like lower class in MK, just because their condo looks weird (according to your taste only), cheaper in market price and management is not working top notch? My friend is living in Ayuria also, the condo now cost close to a RM1 M, the management is same as VK (as you should know), same thing what, intercom broken, complained for 3 months and nobody came to fix it. On top of that, even though a person is rich and stays in a more than RM1 million condo, how do you know he or she has class? As we know alot of top politician in this country are super rich, but does that mean they have class as in a gentlemen, a noble person? Well, you and i both know the answer. So price tag isn't everything.

buy 288residency. same main contractor.
except the main contractor for lumina become developer for 288 residency.
price is about 50-100% cheaper than lumina but i bet the contractor already learn everything there is to know when they are building lumina. ;p

looks like this thread is split 50-50 on vista kiara

i am actually looking to buy a unit there (block b - 1400 sq feet, 510k, 2nd floor) - am still not sure if i should plunk down my hard earn cash -

the unit that i saw was in good condition but i was surprised that the neigbours all had their things out on the corridor like some cheap ass apartment.....

or are there better investment opp in mont kiara?
