I understand that this condo looks fugly. But its in an excellent location. Walkikg dist to shopping mall. Walking to int school.
Prices seems quite good. 500k to 800k for resale depends on condition also.
Am seriously considering this or pines or maybe even palma for investment. All oldies but location is bagus leh
