He is friendly, and always listen and meet my needs. Although i'm a bit fussy when it comes down to details, he always there to solve my problems.
I am surprised that he is also an interior designer. Ideas he has given to me are mush more practical and stylish. For my Soho, I has a wall full with air-con, window access to air-con compressor, TV area, and he manage to hide all the mess with beautiful design with functional cabinet.
The carpentry workmanship is good, and they will go all the way for perfection, even a minor crack on the edge, they will just change and replace whole laminates for me. The outcome of the actual carpentry is almost 90% close to the 3D I get initially.

However he bit late on delivery, I'm not too sure is it my fault that i keep ask him to change things around, but ultimately i'm happy with his service, his price isn't too expensive compare to a few contractor/ID that i ask for quotes. Will definitely work with him again in my future house. 

Hi. I would be grateful if anyone can recommend good contractors for my purpose. I am planning to renovate my new double storey house soon and would prefer a main contractor to manage all or most of the following:

1. Kitchen cabinet (L-shaped with a simple island)
2. Storage cabinet at entrance area
3. Glass awning for front porch (partial) and backyard
4. Some modification to backyard metal door
5. Plaster ceiling
6. Installation of lights and fans
7. Grill (two 4-panel sliding doors, front door, one 3-panel window, two 2-panel windows, 4 bathroom windows)
8. Paint work for some walls only
9. Master bedroom L-shaped wardrobe

If budget and design permit, I might consider building a small loft at my family area upstairs as well.

Now he just complete my company facial second outlet at Mid Valley Boulevard,  can go see their workmanship. He also manage few housing and commercial work. For eg, Five Stone SS2, The Hub SS2, The Mansion Desa Park City, Ramen Bankara, Dolly Dim Sum, Jibby Desa Park City. We went to those project shop that done by them before we decide to let them run our company shop renovation

I am happy with his service, price is very reasonable and it's lower compare to other contractor even for his first quotation.

Most important thing is, he response to me promptly and try his best to fulfill all my requirement foc. he will discuss if it's really beyond his ability to add in charges upon my agreement.

Actually i plan to recommend him after he finish with my house and let you all know the outcome.
