I just did my SOHO unit and I am very satisfied with Mr. Sam's services. Hence promised him to return him a favor by posting here.

He is friendly, and always listen and meet my needs. Although i'm a bit fussy when it comes down to details, he always there to solve my problems.
I am surprised that he is also an interior designer. Ideas he has given to me are mush more practical and stylish. For my Soho, I has a wall full with air-con, window access to air-con compressor, TV area, and he manage to hide all the mess with beautiful design with functional cabinet.
The carpentry workmanship is good, and they will go all the way for perfection, even a minor crack on the edge, they will just change and replace whole laminates for me. The outcome of the actual carpentry is almost 90% close to the 3D I get initially.

However he bit late on delivery, I'm not too sure is it my fault that i keep ask him to change things around, but ultimately i'm happy with his service, his price isn't too expensive compare to a few contractor/ID that i ask for quotes. Will definitely work with him again in my future house.  biggrin.gif

Yesterday me and my wife are very happy with the outcome of our new built-In wardrobe which is design by AK DESIGN & BUILD ENTERPRISE.

Our designated person in charge Ms. Janet and her team are always responsive, helpful & professional from the start until the day of the installation.

The workmanship and build quality are top notch and willing to go an extra mile to fulfil our needs.

Appointing Ms. Janet and her team are simply the best decision we’ve ever made in 2020.

If interested of not getting a headache to build your dream home please contact Ms. Janet at: +6012 878 7581. Highly recommended!

Sorry, don't know any good contractor so far, but everyone in Klang Valley that looking for renovation contractor, please AVOID this bad renovation contractor no matter how. A big NO NO!
Name: Lee Kuan Yau (IC:821102_XX_XX01)
Mobile: 60122648860
Company: Guixing Construction (002253685-P) with registered address in Taman Sri Sinar, Segambut, KL.
It was recommeded by a viral house makeover owner, but maybe he got too many jobs from the viral posts, so things change and become an evil. It was a nightmare for me, infact sleepless nights... Problems included: threathen us to get more progressive payments, bad workmanship, peeling and holes tiles grout, uneven tiles level, uneven skirting even up to 1inch thick, bathroom piping start leaking, cracked car porch, peeling wall plaster, uneven painting, worst thing is the new roof that cost 20K+ even start leaking when the roof is completed. Numerous leaking and when we report to him, he will say can settle, small matter, but just can't solved the leaking... already 6months since i moved in, leaking still happen but he will give lots of reasons to blame... long stories... so sharing this blacklist contractor here so people please AVOID to get con by this irresponsible reno contractor.

Hi. I would be grateful if anyone can recommend good contractors for my purpose. I am planning to renovate my new double storey house soon and would prefer a main contractor to manage all or most of the following:

1. Kitchen cabinet (L-shaped with a simple island)
2. Storage cabinet at entrance area
3. Glass awning for front porch (partial) and backyard
4. Some modification to backyard metal door
5. Plaster ceiling
6. Installation of lights and fans
7. Grill (two 4-panel sliding doors, front door, one 3-panel window, two 2-panel windows, 4 bathroom windows)
8. Paint work for some walls only
9. Master bedroom L-shaped wardrobe

If budget and design permit, I might consider building a small loft at my family area upstairs as well.

Thank you for your advice and assistance.

Hi - I’m planning to renovate my 2.5 storey house at Sri Gombak. Scope include hacking walls, extension, tiles, kitchen cabinet. I may split it into few contractors but need a main one for the extension , tiles and wall hacking.

Can anyone share good contractor contact pls? Thanks in advance.
