Please help recommend a reliable and reasonably-priced contractor to do a old single-storey house (24' x 75') refresh in PJ:

1) some interior repair work in kitchen and storeroom
2) repair master bedroom+toilet
3) repaint 5-6 moldy walls
4) replace 3 doors
5) replace some wiring and installing 5-6 ceiling lights
6) thorough scrubdown of entire house
