I am supporting Margaret statement.

as Mr U is working on my house currently
I am happy with his service, price is very reasonable and it's lower compare to other contractor even for his first quotation.

Most important thing is, he response to me promptly and try his best to fulfill all my requirement foc. he will discuss if it's really beyond his ability to add in charges upon my agreement.

Actually i plan to recommend him after he finish with my house and let you all know the outcome.

almost finishing his part. Mr U said will finish it in 2~3 days time
yesterday total 6 workers were brought to my house including one supervisor to final touch up my house.
1 wiring man, 1 piping guy and others installing all my electrical equipment, bidet, faucet. as of yesterday, not fully done yet. tips those workers a bit to let them work happily...

i can't say 100% perfect, there is still touch up needed here and there.
overall he is very responsible. he is still trying to satisfy me.

yesterday Mr. U did the finishing until almost 9pm with his workers.
I am very satisfied with his service.
clean my whole house with acid even for those places not touched by his renovation.

I can say he is very responsible and won't simply charge you.
Most of the time he did not charge me anything for some simple work.

His quotation is the cheapest yet the outcome is impressive.
Good value for money.

Rest a sure he will response to my message promptly every day.
some even at 11pm.

but lately his wife just gave birth, he is slightly busy with taking care of her daughter.
yet he manage to finish my house on time and in good manner.

definitely will recommend him
Too bad he don't want to do cheras area anymore (my house at cheras) claiming it's too far.

I did my renovation with him as well over the MCO period. I did put my comment some where in this forum. very nice guy to deal with and i won't need to worry that i got chopped.

cheap price and sincere person. but indon workers if you don't mind. at least i have peace of mind he not cheating on anything.
