Hi, sadly I did not get Mr Sin's contact. When would you be needing your renovation work? I've engaged another contractor and currently it's been 1 week and I have no complaint.

The price is reasonable and the best thing I like about him is that he provide us with relevant and adequate advice without forcing us to take on his idea even if we decided to proceed with ours (he would let us know what happen if we decide to proceed with our choice and if we're okay with it he would try his best to get what we want) .

If yours is not urgent, I would share my experience with my current contractor once everything done. (Eta another 3 weeks to 1 month)

HI my house under renovation expected finish by Jan 18. This contractor price reasonable, reliable, not calculative and everything followup nicely. My house currently in PJ area. Highly recommended.
