2 months for me, did you ask for late delivery charges which stated in your contract?

I asked for discount instead, didn't go through the late delivery charges calculation

The initiation stage of engagement was good, prompt and he did his due diligent as a professional vendor in recommendation.

When it comes to delivery, things are late. We are talking about weeks of delayed, not days.

Still dare to ask after all sort of controversial in lyn, lol.. how's your renovation goes now? Progressing?

Engaged Mr Yap for my house renovation, very pleasant experience dealing with him

1. Prompt reply
2. Awesome workmanship, even my tiler friend approve Yap's worker workmanship on subway tiles.
3. He is someone insist on long term sustainability and usability rather than just accepting user's requirement which can be non sense sometimes. He corrected me in few scenarios, or else i would have mess up
4. On time delivery, and he dont mind to revisit for loose item installation due to some late arrival accessories.

I contacted a few contractors in this page, and Yap price wasn't the cheapest among all (probably 10% above another contractor), but the price that you pay is worth it and you are working with him in peace of mind. The entire journey was good and we ended up become friend
