I tried updating it in Device Manager but Device Manager told me it's up to date. So I had to reinstall the driver myself.
By the way, here's something very interesting (to me at least). This will probably be the last and final push for potential dv6-6114TX buyers to grab this amazing laptop!
Online promotion price: RM3799Gifts:1.
HP USB 3 Button Optical Mouse - RM36
2.
Beats Solo Headphones - RM999
3. HP Carry Case - RM0
4.
HP 500 GB Personal Media Drive - RM215
5.
HP 4GB DDR3 1333 MHz Memory - RM150
6.
Microsoft® Office Home and Student 2010 Software - RM235
Total Online Real-World Price for Gifts: RM1635Total Price for Laptop (dv6-6114TX) Only: RM2164I'm pretty sure RM2164 for a laptop with such specs is a good deal, and that no other laptop with similar or better specs can match the price for the laptop only.

The reality is, it costs like 300 to make the beats, 100 for the hard drive, 3 for the mouse, the office is free, and the ram is 30......so work it out and see who is being scammed when buying the package deals

1. Go to: www.hp.com/go/lookuptool
2. You will then be directed to the "Care Pack Central" page where you will see the following sentence:
"If you have already purchased an HP Care Pack Service and would like to look up a previously registered HP Care Pack Service, click here."
3. Click on the "click here" link in the sentence above.
4. You will now be directed to the "HP Care Pack services" page.
5. Select your country: Malaysia, language: English. Click next
6. Select Lookup Based on Hardware Serial Number
7. Fill in your hardware serial no. and product no. as follows:
Hardware Serial number contains 10 alpha-numeric characters only - DO NOT include the (S)
Hardware Product number contains 7 alpha-numeric characters only - DO NOT include the # UUF
8. Click Search
9. The carepack info will be displayed
When I go to the website and select malaysia and english, I do not see where to click lookup based on hardware serial number. Can someone please guide me through it?
