Just saw the TnC for VOX card. Need minimum amount of RM50 per transaction only can get the 5% CB?

Damn, if so I've been conned into applying as I thought all online transaction will have the CB.

ADD : and need to pay RM6 if don't have any transaction that month? How come I don't see that in the TnC

no minimum spend to qualify for the cash rebate as i know. yes, you need to have at least 1 transaction per month, i think is calendar month

2. Under this Programme, the following cash rebates will be given to the Cardmembers:
a) 5% cash rebate on all online spending with a minimum spend of RM50 in a
single receipt/transaction except for online spend on the following:-
(i) Insurance including insurance services,  insurance continuity or
subscription, insurance sales, underwriting and/or premium;
(ii) Court costs including alimony and child support; and
(iii) Government  related  payments including  government  fines,
government bail and bond payments and government tax payments.
Note: For the cash rebate category of online spend, the maximum amount of
cumulative cash rebate awarded for both principal and supplementary UOB
VOX Card (combined)  is capped at RM50  per calendar month (or such
amount that UOBM may decide at its absolute discretion).

the RM50 minimum for each online transaction starts on 1 august 2013.  luckily he mentions here. so far i have been getting cash back for transactions below RM50

Crap man, mine just approved and sent to me though I haven't received. Is it possible for me to cancel the card and not pay the RM50 GST.

I've been given wrong info about the card. No point use for 1 month then as I thought this card can cover my online transaction which like buying movie tickets etc which does not cost more than RM50 per transaction.

they will give you RM50 cash rebate, you got nothing to lose. just use first. almost 1 year if the card does not suit you then cancel

Anyone here know what is the Fax number for UOB? fax the document related to SMS Transaction Alert Service.

I have keep fax the number state on the paper there but unable to go through it.

Govt will charge no matter activated the card or not. RM50 GST already charged once u success applied for CC

Since i did not activate the cc.

and if i paid the GST....next year they would not charge me the annual fee n gst right ..

or i need to call the UOB to cancel the cc?

why do you want to keep the headache, just cancel the CC if you have no intention to use it
