made by the principal and supplementary Cardmembers shall be capped at RM1,500 for UOB
ONE Platinum card and RM1,000 for UOB ONE Classic card per month.
e. 2% Cash Rebate on all payments made to all major mobile service providers (Maxis, Digi and
Celcom);
Note: For the rebate category of telecommunication, the maximum Cash Rebate awarded for
payments made by the principal and supplementary Cardmembers shall be capped at RM300 for
UOB ONE Platinum card and RM200 for UOB ONE Classic card per month.
f. 0.3% Cash Rebate on all other spending.

I beginning to think it is impossible to get to speak to the CS agent. The call centre is always busy. UOB don't have a dedicated toll free line?

usually i call also got people pick up. no issue on it

Well, okay. Will keep trying. Already the 3rd time this morning. Called the JB number also the same.

add: and thanks to Gen-x's blog, i managed to get the platinum line and got through instantly smile.gif

Recently seems to be a change in call centre procedure,

I selected card enquries > speak to CS officer > fees & charges

Both weekend and Monday morning ended up I have to key in my card n contact number and they call me back

Yes, I left my number on Saturday and they called me on Sunday morning (which I missed the call)

Then I left my number again on Monday, they called me at afternoon.

my card is not delivered yet so cant verify. i got the no from Gen-X's blog smile.gif

03-2612 8121 is terrible. need to spend 1 min to go through the menus and then need to wait for the availability of CS rep to speak to you.

most of the banks got priority line for platinum grade cards and above

i am sure mbb and cimb have that

i am small fish too, have to call the general line... sad case. anyway nothing special bout uob preferred platinum card. no point owning except for the priority call line. most of these priority line will be answered directly instead of having to press number for menu
