I have been using it already for 1.5 months - it never lags, never hang, never freeze , no auto shutdown, no auto reboot. I am not exaggerating - is a fact. I must say this is close to the perfect phone I have ever use.  Tweaking it further with different roms, using Tegrak voltage controls - battery life has improved. I'd say it is getting better every day

Some users faced issues because I think they have been installing a lot of unnecessary stuffs . I always believe don't flood your phone with junk apps you never want to use. In any category of apps - choose one or two  that serves you well, example battery life indicator : i know some guys install 4-5 types - what is the purpose ?? One is good enough if it shows you the temperature and voltage. Users will face lag too if they resort to install apps from blackmarket which is notorious being Trojan carriers - it is common knowledge some of the apps from blackmarket causes auto reboot, hanging issues

Some golden rules I always practiced :

1. Factory reset phone the first time you get it before installing any 3rd party apps
2. Regularly ( I do it once a week) - go to recovery mode and clear cache partition and dalvik cache - this si analogous to cleaning up your house. Data will still remain intact
3. At least once a week, use the phone from fully charge till empty and charge it back full

I wanted to try CF-Root. After some research, noticed that it is autoroot (meaning it does not need superoneclick to finish the job). And when I browsed the app, i noticed a CWM icon and a "superuser" icon. So does this mean my phone is now rooted?

until now i never really understood what it does. Is it something like defragmenting our hard disk?

CF root will install clockworkmod recovery and same time root you phone. If you see superuser in menu means is rooted. Launch it to test. The CWM icon when  you select will give you choices of recovery - backup/restore , flash kernel, flash update, install apk etc. Depending on the cook rom you wish to flash, sometimes it doesn't work using it to flash rom. Anyway I still prefer the old fashion way of switching off phone, manulaly go to recovery mode ( volup/home/power button simultaneously )

Yes quite similar concept. When you use your phone, files and temporary files are build up progressively in the cache so that you can have quick access. When you clear these, you start fresh. These cache will be rebuild everytime you launch an app

hmm... but when i tapped on CWM Manager it shows "CWM Manager needs SuperUser access to function!"....

crystal clear = normal like the usual screen(glossy)..
optics = anti-fingerprint(matte finish,anti-glare) but decrease the clarity of beautiful screen.kinda waste the super amoled + feature

Will Ultra Crystal reduce the performance of Super Amoled+ under the sunlight or viewing angles?

This is standard common message you will see everytime the FIRST time whenever you launch any app that needs root. After the first launch, it will not appear anymore

Ohh.. thanks for the tip.

Now I want to flash the stock kernel to remove the yellow tri. now odin telling me "<OSM> All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1)". Rebooted the phone and tried again but to no avail. Hmm... is it possible I try it in "download mode" instead?

Currently no 32GB in the market

what u see from the screen(without SP) is exactly the same as what u will see from the screen with ultra crystal

it will get more fingerprints and oil all over the screen as usual too
