how long it took for the case to arrive from the date u ordered? and u chose which type of shipping?

SGS2 have 16GB and 32GB version right? 16GB version RRP at 2099, then 32GB price is?

I choose normal shipping, & took around 10days to reach.

If you use SuperOneClick, it should not take more than a minute to root it. SOC is sensitive to system files /sometimes conflict esp on Win 7 system - if you are stuck you have to debug yourself. You can checkup SOC thread at forum XDA for answers if you are still stuck and you wish to continue using it

anyway, i heard some users reporting lag on the phone after few days usage..not sure what kind of lag they having..so is there any lag to u guys who have been using for around 1 month??

i kinda hate the SGS ear buds coz not comfortable and quite pain after few hours of music

I wanted to try CF-Root. After some research, noticed that it is autoroot (meaning it does not need superoneclick to finish the job). And when I browsed the app, i noticed a CWM icon and a "superuser" icon. So does this mean my phone is now rooted?

err... i couldn't found skype software from android market.... is that i have to dl from skype website n install manually?

Ultra Capsule or Silke is better?

Anyone has used SGP Ultra Crystal? Any review for it? How is it compared to Ultra Optics?

I have been using it already for 1.5 months - it never lags, never hang, never freeze , no auto shutdown, no auto reboot. I am not exaggerating - is a fact. I must say this is close to the perfect phone I have ever use. Tweaking it further with different roms, using Tegrak voltage controls - battery life has improved. I'd say it is getting better every day

Some users faced issues because I think they have been installing a lot of unnecessary stuffs . I always believe don't flood your phone with junk apps you never want to use. In any category of apps - choose one or two that serves you well, example battery life indicator : i know some guys install 4-5 types - what is the purpose ?? One is good enough if it shows you the temperature and voltage. Users will face lag too if they resort to install apps from blackmarket which is notorious being Trojan carriers - it is common knowledge some of the apps from blackmarket causes auto reboot, hanging issues

Some golden rules I always practiced :

1. Factory reset phone the first time you get it before installing any 3rd party apps
2. Regularly ( I do it once a week) - go to recovery mode and clear cache partition and dalvik cache - this si analogous to cleaning up your house. Data will still remain intact
3. At least once a week, use the phone from fully charge till empty and charge it back full

so far the cheapest i found is USD 16.99 for Ultra Crystal and 18.99 for Ultra Optic

crystal clear = normal like the usual screen(glossy)..
optics = anti-fingerprint(matte finish,anti-glare) but decrease the clarity of beautiful screen.kinda waste the super amoled + feature

100 % definitely can download from market

i only download the necessary apps and nvr use any task killer apps before(task manager from samsung itself already enough)
i guess the first step after i turn it on is flash to latest stock firmware..
