Anything wrong by being short? Why so pity about that? 168 is not short. I'm only 165cm married with 2 kids.

You need exercise that needed lots of jumping like basketball or volleyball.
But not everyone able to increase by those exercise.
You need calcium and enough nutrient too.

Boil Akar Kacang sup doesn't work for me.

Don't pressure yourself too.
Guys can still grow taller. Don't give up easily.
Stretching exercises can still help correct a person’s posture.
You will be surprised by how much of height is hidden behind your slouched back.
You can add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture.

I'm 17 in this end of June and I'm just 163cm sad.gif Really sad to be short as a GUY sad.gif

Hope can get to be 170cm but then looks like quite impossible,17 looks like not growing any more sad.gif

I wonder stretching exercise and eating high-calcium and protein thingy as stated in website really work? or ALL DEPEND ON GENETIC? T_T

Depends on individual I would say, genetic does affect part of it too.

Added on June 16, 2011, 11:51 pmBy the way, height doesn't really matter.

You still can be successful one day.

you are still young! u still have about 2 or 3 more years to grow!
go for baseket ball match, skipping rope.

Depends also maa, i have friends whose parents are both short but he is super tall.

Try to exercise and enjoy what u are doing, dont stress yourself up.

but then.. i am coming 19 but still growing and i am a girl. LOL

so everything depends on what u eat.

Ps/ eat cheese and salmon! my mum always cook salmon for my sister during her puberty years (around 11-14)and she doesnt exercise, all she does is glue her hands to the keyboard and eye to the monitor. but yet she is 171 . I on the other hand plays bball and netball, so i grew up to 169++ =)

good luck!

it greatly depends on your genes, ts. a healthy man is expected to be taller than his father by 5cm at maximum growth, which is when you're around 25 and by that time, your father should have been experiencing negative growth. just a research i read somewhere.

Genetics play a big roll but there are other factors that can affect your height as well.

You're still young. Guys stop growing at a later age than girls. If you're a girl then most likely won't grow anymore.

Anyways, don't worry bout it. More calcium doesn't mean anything. Protein is the key here.

I use to take Appeton Teengrow when I was 14-17 years old and when I was active playing basketball.Don't know if this can help you grow taller.
