1. oh it's ok. i was like you last time. normal food like what my mom cooks at home.. nasi, ayam gulai, ikan masin, mcD, kfc i was not picky. but i ate a lot. like 2 person meals.
2.protein for muscles, calcium for bones. then need to exercise to stimulate muscle growth, which also will stimulate bone growth because the muscle growing will put pressure on bones. to exercise need energy hence carbohydrate.
3. i dont remember which books, but to my understanding there's 3 factor that affect height : environment, food, genetics (not in order).
4. the environment might explain why playing basketball can help increase height. our natural instinct to compete or whatever. i played basketball too. when i was 16 i was 5' 7". so it was like through the 7 years i only gain 6 inches.
5. food was explained in #1. i used to think "oh i'm staying at home, how to get high protein diet blahblahblah". then i think mat salleh also stay at home. their ancestors dont have whey protein supplement or calci-yum.
6. notice how school kids at city are generally taller than those at rural areas/villages? i think it's because of better eating habit and environment.
7. i'm a guy

. no anlene is not only for girls. besides i cannot drink other milk because they have a smell. anlene is neutral smelly to me.
8. if you don't get tall at least you are living a healthy life, with nice body from those exercise.
9. science does not explain why, it explain how things work.
