Its Merpauh. Grade B
I can get Nyatoh Grade B for the same price but the design is very basic - 8 retangle 2 X 4 standard design.

Renovation Updates - Finishing Details

Painting my Doors,
Previously bought a few bare unpainted wooden doors and installed it while waiting for my contractor to help me paint it later.
Sad to say the guy "disappeared"  doh.gif (another example of a irresponsible contractor  mad.gif )
So after waiting a few months for the guy to appear, I finally decided to get another indonesian to help me paint the door.
This is what he did

Sandpaper the door
Slap paint on it
Sand the door again
Slap a final coat of paint on it
Paint the frame..

This is a good move.
Don't try to save RM3-4K but the termites will eat your roof or 30K furniture in future.
How do you rate their services? plan to use this company.

Termite treatment last for two years or less. That's why the company gave you warranty for two years only. Termite dun just come from the ground. Adult termite can fly.

Renovation Updates

Clothes Hanger :- after thinking and rethinking on what and how to install the clothes hanger in my laundry area hmm.gif ,
finally decided to go with zheilwane suggestion. icon_rolleyes.gif
Initially was worried that it will swing, but after looking at the product in Homedec 2012,
I realized that it can be " locked" to the ceiling when it is fully raised, thus no swinging. nod.gif
(Also I realized that to install a clothes hanger in the laundry room area myself is darn difficult tongue.gif )

The installation process

Screwing in the fittings to the roof truss
user posted imageuser posted imageuser posted image

Screwing in the winch to the wall and aligning the cables
user posted imageuser posted image

Adjusting and fitting the rods.
Too Long, need to saw off 6" to fit my area.
user posted imageuser posted image

Testing and aligning

Now no need to dry clothes in the driveway. laugh.gif

I am lousy at DIY. If I DIY, I might fall down and DIE tongue.gif

Got it at HomeDec recently.
Intro by zheilwane to the distributor who had a booth there.
Alternatively can also get through zheilwane@builders hardware.

Is not hard to do, need some planning and measurement. I fix it myself. Save me about 200 buck on labor. Think I save must of the labor, and my roi for the power tools already each.
