TQ for sharing..nice pic.....as far as i know the valve is called 'check valve'....

from the pic...i notice..the new outlet from tank..usually the tank itself there are 4 ready 'part (flat portion) ' to put the outlet..i m afraid that your new outlet is drill not at the flat portion of the tank. afraid later after few years..might leak..

Yup, you are right, they are called check valve technically, 'non-returning valve' in layman term. We use this alot in our plant

My colleague ask me to buy the termite treatment solution, pump and mask from hardware shop then mix and spray every single inch of the house perimeter inside and outside of the house before laying tiles...He said he spray it 10 times following every corners and crevices...can save bit there but hard work...

That is steam pressure release or something like that according to my friend explain. The water will get very hot and without pressure release, your tank will explode.

yup. That is correct, but the proper term is PRV - pressure relief valve.

Renovation Updates - Dining Table

Finally my dining table is complete after 4 long months of waiting.  biggrin.gif

Initially I bought this dining table 4 months ago.
They have only 5 out of 6 chairs, the balance 1 chair to be delivered later.

While waiting I discovered that the chairs I've chosen is too high for this table.    sad.gif
Still usable so decided to live with it.

Then after 2 months they delivered the final chair ... the material colour is diffrent from the existing 5 chair.  doh.gif
Rejected it  shakehead.gif
(Found out that every batch from their China factory are different thus can not get exact match.)

With such development I decided to change all the chairs to a different model that has lower height.
Did not mind paying extra.
Problem - did not find the lower height chair design to my liking.  sad.gif

Eventually after discussion with the store, this was decided.  nod.gif
1. They will order another new batch of 6 chairs (same design) to replace my 5 existing chair.
2. They will custom make a board to install to the bottom of the table increase the height. ( I add RM100)
Adding the new board to the table base to add extra 2" to table height.

I bought this at a small shop in rawang. They sell racks only, you can mix and match what you want.
These are stated to be able to load up to 100s of kg per level.
The prices are determined by your material and configuration. My whole thing is around RM300.
3 types with diffrent quality and prices. Even the blue + yellow type mentioned by weikee.
Dunno about the prices relative to other source as I did not have much source to compare .

The grille is a window to the ground floor room... smile.gif

yalor, so I was wondering why is that window grille needed since that window is actually within the laundry area and not facing outside..just wondering only biggrin.gif

Most furniture are wood.
Anyway. Laminate flooring is another option. Cheaper sumore.
Forget model la. It's the air curtain type.
So far so good.

I cook regular house food...erm...like vege and stirfry black pepper chicken with sesame oil and capsicums, erm..things like stirfry ginger and rice wine chicken, mixed vege..that kind of food to eat with rice...I also make different kind of pasta, and baked alot (so I bought the KEG6002)...those chinese food does not give too much fume...only in the beginning when you saute your garlic and ginger...I dont do Hokkien mee, kung foo chow that kind of thing....If it is belacan kangkung then the hood i turn on max...or cook curry and asian spices, i turned on also and I turn on before putting in belacan...the hood works great...cant really smell in my dry kitchen.. so far, I have not fried any fish or deep fry anything (cos I'm afraid of the oil splashing) so I cant comment on those fried stuff kind of cooking

The hob is am using the GFG 86201; its hot...because the flame is blue and angled...works great when I make claypot chicken rice (flame is even)...

Hope these help
