I don't even reach 120, mine is cut off flat at 100 even checking local speedtest and I used to get the above speeds. |

My download seemed to be capped at 25 kB/s during normal hours. Unacceptable.
Bloody TM, at least give me 100 kB/s that I paid for. I'm not even asking for 'free' upgrades.

Around 4pm I got 120kb/s for 1mbps line, now even speed from youtube is only 40~50... BUT when I started the download in IDM, it accelerates smoothly to around 100 then tamed down to 50. Looks more like throttle than slow =___=

Line went up and down in the last half an hour for me, Sabah, KK, Luyang. As usual it was trying to stick me onto 115.* at first but it took a while to hit a diff ip. Still no difference from before, international routing sucks, caps still in place.
