Is it me or some websites are slow? Download speed is okay but surfing speed for certain overseas website is like shit, won't load at all. LYN is okay though

Speed is back. All websites which I had difficulties just now is fast now and my download speed are normal too.

Around 4pm I got 120kb/s for 1mbps line, now even speed from youtube is only 40~50... BUT when I started the download in IDM, it accelerates smoothly to around 100 then tamed down to 50. Looks more like throttle than slow =___=

lol downloading from mediafire is like snail speed, 8~15 kb/s only. Only youtube is fast. DAFUQ

FTP speed is getting sucky... 1mbps line only get 50KB/s while http download still normal. Any tips to get full speed in ftp?
