connection getting worse and worse....webpage loading noticeably slow

Woah.... tm so efficient ar, already planned this thing for the whole month, i wonder what planned they would have for september ??
maybe another cable break & repair ??

mine 4mb keep getting short disc, damn mix....

oh yeah, cable broken again typical excuses use by TM every month. Just u wait and see next month they gonna have another cable broken....

yesterday tmcrap is having nationwide outage, i call 100 they told me

Streamyx getting f***up again.....

Just filed a complaint with MCMC, really fed up with TM, call 100 they put me on hold for almost 10mins when transferring me to the 4MB section and then the call just got cut off before i get the chance to speak to anyone

I lodge the complaint to MCMC this afternoon, and just now got 2 TM rep and 1 MCMC rep call me, and going to send tech to my place tmr.

Suprisingly after the complaint, the frequent disconnection seems to have gone now.....

Today the technician came and do some checking, he told me he replace something on the port at our area...
He also change my modem to the Innacome.

now my 4MB become 5MB

seems ok now, if got problem i'm gonna bang TM again...i subs for the 4mb package RM140

Shitmix is the most disgusting ISP provider ever....

I don't use torrent or filesharing, i just download once in a while, mostly used it for online gaming, the speed is now quite steady no more frequent DC like last time.
