QUOTE(inoitu @ Jun 25 2011, 10:49 PM) Dont think you can't reset odometer, it's illegal anyway, unless you change a new meter. Maybe you meant the tripmeter. Yes, you're right. I meant the tripmeter.QUOTE(yngchung @ Jun 26 2011, 03:15 AM) bro, I juz fill in Rm55 n 5/6 level for petrol are shown(why not full tank? because I tot it's full tank when I fill in it.. the pump keep stop itself... zzz), n I drove 35km n yet it's still 5/6 level shown... by the way, it's hard for me to know yet since today is the first day I get the car... may be I've to try full tank by tmr or tuesday n try to get the real n accurate measurement... =X I see. Have fun measuring you're FC. thx... but I finding PU material(worker say PU is better, I also dunno)... customize shud b fiber material??? O.O 1month? need a front n rear bumper? :S who are willing sacrify and "naked" their btm for a month? LOLx... =X Added on June 26, 2011, 3:31 amand actually I've change my rims since the I get my car today... n I dunno whether it'll affect FC or not la... btw, it's juz 15inch babe... ![]() Btw, what's your current tire size? 195/55/R15? If so, the tires are wider, therefore increasing your FC. The total diameter is also wider. Therefore increasing your FC as well. Just try and measure your FC using the proper procedures, then see how lar. QUOTE(ericmaxman @ Jun 26 2011, 10:10 AM) Sorry for you bro. You got into an accident before this right? Could it be something was damaged and hasn't been replaced, yet? Hopefully it's fixed soon. QUOTE(MR_alien @ Jun 26 2011, 12:40 PM) IAFM controls the air intake..not fuel I think it's not about cool air to cool the engine dude. IINM, IAFM is a mechanical VIM with 2 settings. Long or short air intake. Changing the length of the air intake adjusts the speed of air flowing into the engine. Different driving conditions prefer different air intake length.once hit 80KM/H...it opens and suck cool air into the engine thus cooling the engine cool engine = smoother pickup, better FC if u notice once u hit 80KM/H...everything becomes so smooth even when aircon kicks in QUOTE(sg999 @ Jun 26 2011, 01:42 PM) Did you check your tire pressure? This post has been edited by +Newbie+: Jun 26 2011, 05:05 PM |

Re-chk API ratings of Castrol Magnatec engine oils sold @Tesco on offer ... API SL/CF.
BLM/FL User Manual states API "SJ or higher"...so do the oils qualify? If SL is higher than SJ (SJ... SK... then SL... Is it like that?), then pass quality rating, right? TQ in adv. |

Yup, juz did some Googling...API SJ is std b4 SL, with the latest SM!
Seem SJ is going obsolete altho can still b used. There are also many factors & effects of different API std rated oils such as effects of additives used eg on catalytic converters, etc. Feel too much for the average driver to bother abt...agreed? |
