Hi guys,

Between MIUI and CM7, which is a more stable ROM for daily use?

My hand itchy to flash again after using Criskelo ROM for many weeks....

ya, tat's wad I meant. maybe it only triggers after a fresh install laugh.gif

could it be a battery synchronization problem? Normally you're advised to have 100% battery for flashing new ROM for sync purposes. I've experienced the battery incorrectly showing high battery values when I'm pretty sure my battery was low. This happened to me after flashing Darky's 9.1 or something a long time back.

Yeah, MIUI is pretty and reasonably fast, as fast as if not slightly smoother than most Samsung ROM-based custom ROMs. Very beautiful, a total makeover in terms of Android UI.

However, for sheer raw speed and overall shiokness, try CM7. The nightly updates come out almost every 2 days while some custom kernels for CM7 update a few times within the same day! For those among us who like to have the latest and greatest, take note that you may spend at least 30 mins per day just doing upgrading tasks (non-wipe).

I always wanted to join CM7, last time I tried and I could not restore my data using Titanium Backup... Is this problem resolved or any other solution? icon_question.gif

You mean in CM7 the camera not working?
*
CM7 has stock camera. I prefer Samsung Camera, got more settings and can mute/change sound.

I am trying out camera360 which is not bad but i hate the spash screen before entering camera mode.

CM7 stock camera is actually not bad, just i miss some of the feature i have on Samsung Camera.

Which version did you try, last time? I've been on CM7 since mid-May without issues in backup or restore via Titanium Backup.
