QUOTE(Cyclonechuah @ Oct 30 2011, 12:12 PM) Some company does send back to their respective country for warranty purpose because the product manufactured from that specific Manufacturer.(Assuming the Product is quite old and not qualify for 1 to 1 exchange, which needs to be send back to their Manufacturer for repair.) Yes, I called PI and before I ended the call I asked them where's my mouse now and they say it's oversea...Plus, JustForFun said this I assume it PI is "Play Interactive" which is our local Malaysia Distributor for Steelseries. And what you said which i think does not explain the situation, but making it more confusing. Since JustForFun currently facing delay from Distributor, not Shop. Althou i have to agree with some Dealer tends to be lazy. but we consumers too needs to have awareness of the whole situation, such as contacting dealer and distributor sides for warranty information without both sides delaying each others, plus to see who's lying/lazy. Edit: Unless I have been trolled of course This post has been edited by JustForFun: Oct 30 2011, 10:08 PM |

QUOTE(H3LLKEEPER @ Oct 30 2011, 11:19 AM) steelseries kinzu but im a DA user before and i dislike kinzu a little and i prefer xai ^^ no bro it doesnt send back to the country if the RMA takes too long then its the shop who is delaying you distributor usualy take less than a week to solve the problem try asking the distributor if he has received the mouse the next day after you send in to the shop cuz quite many shop warranty dealers are lazy as **** |

QUOTE(theang123 @ Oct 31 2011, 09:21 AM) so far SS kinzu is bad, i tried ikari on a lan shop is quite good. but now with the magazine coupon promotion, Kinzus are up for grabs for only RM79!!! That somehow makes it competitive i think... with xai having price drop now i think its the best buy if u not sure what mouse to buy |

Isn't the Kinzu plagued with negative acceleration problem? True that it is a lot of price reduced but pitting it against the G400 at the same price level I couldn't find any reason not to go for the G400 instead.

Yeah, G400 > Kinzu. But then then the auto correction is G400 can't be turned off. |

auto correction or prediction wont affect you if you use below 3k dpi~
tested it for 2 months. at 1.8k dpi there isnt a slight of prediction in it but when i use it at 3.6k dpi sometimes there will be some |

DA or G400 ? I have maybe bout RM200 below budget and would like to invest on one gaming mouse. I think games i play would be like FPS game requires a lot of aiming, currently using a4tech wireless mouse which eats a lot of battery. I rather get a good gaming mouse for my desktop =.= I am not really picky just wan a reliable mouse that can last for long, not really a gaming freak too anyway

Palm or claw?If want reliable, go logitech, if want branded ones, go SS or Roccat, and if you're confident enough, go Razer.... |

I think im using claw , as palm means rest all ur palm on the mouse right.. Any recommendation on the specific model ?
Added on November 2, 2011, 12:46 amI dun mind switching to palm though, as my current mouse is pretty small so using palm grip would be weird. This post has been edited by avengers88: Nov 2 2011, 12:46 AM |

(RM249+) Steelseries - Xai (RM249), Sensei (RM399, it's killing people's pocket....), Diablo Xai (not yet out thanks to blizzard....), Kana (not a chance until Q1 of 2012, profile similar to Intellimouse 1.1, but shape-wise is still Xai shape) Razer - Abyssus, DA (some claimed that they can claw on it....) |
